With the new Single-Sort Recycling program from Allied Waste, you can now place all your recyclable materials in one cart — no separating or sorting needed. And the cost? About the same or less than your current garbage service. There's never been an easier way to save the environment and save money!
Allied Waste will soon offer this program to all residential customers within our Santa Rosa County service area (see map below), but for now we are starting with a pilot program limited to 2,000 volunteers.
If you join the Single-Sort Recycling program, you will receive a new 95-gallon blue cart with a gray lid. To make it even more convenient, the lid is embossed with a colorful flyer to remind you of which products you can recycle! Just place all your recyclables in this wheeled cart and roll it to the end of your driveway. Recycling is collected every other week, on the same day as trash collection. Your regular trash will be collected once every week.
